Challenge:

Definition of strategy and communication planning for social networks, including management of comments/messages and incident processes. Creation of Google and Facebook campaigns and translations for website content and outdoor and digital communication.

  1. Definition of a strategy for social networks, taking into account that the design was coherent with the website, as well as communication with the user: choice of hashtags and sponsorship of publications. A communication strategy was also developed with the users who interact on the different pages, so that the response is quick, effective and correctly translated, which is then passed on to the Company/Client so that the internal team can get in touch with potential clients.
  2. As a first approach, a market study was carried out on the Murprotec brand and its competitors in terms of digital channels. Resources were allocated to the performance component. Several tests were carried out on campaigns in order to understand user behavior, as well as which strategies were most profitable for the client.
  3. The budget to be used for the brand’s sales objectives was stipulated, as well as brand awareness objectives. Due to the good results that have been obtained, there is an increase in the budget.
  4. The KPIs are analyzed on a daily basis to ensure that the values recorded are constantly monitored and in line with the objectives set.

Results:

Murprotec is currently able to compete with the biggest national players in this segment, with the communication channels it has implemented and optimized.
