Challenge:

Increasing brand awareness and generating sales in the online store through performance ads.

1. Social media management (Instagram; Facebook)

Once we had identified the need to use social networks to increase brand awareness, we had to define a visual line and tone that suited the brand and its ideals. We opted for a rich visual communication that combines both the brand’s products and its values, helping to grow an active community.

2. Performance Ads (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

Allied to the brand’s needs, a strategy was created that seeks to meet them, responding to all stages of the sales funnel.

Initial phase

Objective: As a new brand on the market, it was necessary to create an audience base, increasing its awareness.

Strategy: Campaigns focused on reach were implemented in order to get traffic to the brand’s website to learn about the products. This made it possible to draw up profiles of users of interest, which made it possible to build remarketing audiences to be used in subsequent phases.

Second phase

Objective: To grow the brand’s social networks

Strategy: Through remarketing and look-a-like audiences, campaigns were created focused on building a solid community for the brand.

Third phase:

Objective: Generate sales

Strategy: With plenty of information already gathered about users and their behavior, shopping campaigns were created on Meta and later on Google Ads, in order to increase the brand’s monthly revenue. These campaigns benefited greatly from the audiences previously created, with retargeting being the most used option.

Results:

With an approach across the entire sales funnel and a phased strategy, it was possible to optimize budgets in order to generate better results.

With this process, the final stages of the sales funnel benefited greatly from the work done in previous stages, improving results and reaching qualified users.
