Challenge: Creating a new website
The company decided to invest in creating a website to strengthen its online presence, promote its products and provide a pleasant experience for customers.
Project phases
1. Studies and Research
We began the project by carrying out detailed research into
the "Gelados da Villa" brand. The competition in the ice-cream market and its target audience, which is mainly hotels,
restaurants and large shopping centres.
The website's objectives have been identified, such as: highlighting the
artisanal quality of their products, showcase the flavours
available, provide information about the company and facilitate the
contact with customers through the "Horeca" channel.
2. Mockup
Based on the information obtained in the research phase, work began on developing the website mockup. The design was
developed taking into account the visual identity of
brand, using captivating colours and visual elements that
transmitted freshness and flavour.
The navigation has been designed to be intuitive, with clear and organised sections, allowing visitors to find their way around easily
the information they are looking for.
3. Implementation and Responsive
When it came to implementation, we used the latest technologies to achieve a good end result. After implementation, the new website became responsive and adaptable to all screens.
4. SEO and Final Tests
Finally, once the last tests and adjustments had been made, the website was passed on to the Marketing team to optimise the entire website (SEO, Google Search Console, Google My Business, etc.).
Results
The new website for the "Gelados da Villa" brand offers visitors a sensory and informative experience, highlighting its artisanal products. The ease of obtaining information about them, ordering them and being able to contact the team directly via the "Horeca" channel has helped to boost sales and cement customer security and loyalty.
