Challenge: Website creation
MediOnline had a clear purpose, to launch a major project in as little time as possible. We all know that haste is the enemy of perfection, but with the right alliance between agency and client, everything can be achieved. With a structured idea of the design and information architecture presented by the client, it was up to the web team to handle all the implementation and management of integrations.
Project phases
1. Homepage development
With the look and structure defined by the client, we began developing the homepage to launch the new website as quickly as possible and inform the world of MediOnline's arrival. Finally, we fine-tuned the responsive settings and final SEO details.
2. Online Shop
After launching the homepage, we started developing the online shop. Since the health plans would be sold directly on the website, it was necessary to configure the entire shop and the vocabulary from a "normal" online shop to a website where users can sign up for health plans.
3. Integrations
Once the online shop was set up, it was time to configure the other integrations regarding payments, email marketing and the invoicing system. This was undoubtedly the most complex phase of the whole process.
4. Launch
Pages developed, online shop successfully set up and integrations closed, MediOnline has opened its digital doors to the world.
Results
With the new website we have been able to reach many users who have become MediOnline partners and have signed up to their health plan.
