Challenge: Creating a logo for a brand
The real estate market is highly competitive. The constant challenge of standing out in a saturated environment, where it was necessary to differentiate oneself and win customer preference.

1. Studies and Research
The first step was to conduct a detailed briefing with Alexandre Riva to understand his vision, values and objectives as a real estate agent. In addition, market research was carried out to analyze the logos of other real estate agents and identify relevant trends and visual references.
2. Design e Layout
Based on the information gathered, various visual options were developed for the logo. Different visual approaches, typographies and color palettes were explored to represent Alexandre Riva's personality and expertise.
3. Final logo
After careful analysis and taking Alexandre Riva's feedback into account, the most suitable logo concept was chosen to represent the identity and values of his personal brand.
